Al Mendoza

It’s 10:00 at night. I’ve just woke up on the recliner. This will soon lead to eating menudo while watching the original Star Wars. I think this movie is ingrained in my DNA. At the age of 66 I believe I’m entering my Obi-Wan Kenobi phase of life. All though adventures in this life have not been the equal of the great Jedi Master’s. In a twisted sort of way I have to think that luckily, the force has been with me.

For the last 7 years I have been graciously accompanied by a spirited little Wookie who goes by the name of Oslo. A furry little Schnoodle my pink haired friend rescued more than a half decade ago. He has been rescuing the both of us ever since. Yes “The Force” is strong in this one. Hell he just might be “The Force”. All I know is that no one has ever loved me as much as this little force of nature. Well maybe there was one other person… But to get to her we will have to venture to the planet of the 1960’s. And yes that was in a Galaxy far, far away
